When you instruct a payout with us, you and your beneficiary both know where it is. Within thirty minutes of adding the beneficiary, screening is cleared. The moment the payout is instructed, a UETR goes out to both sides, traceable through SWIFT GPI from the first correspondent to the last. Notifications land when the payment is instructed, when it completes on our side, and when it settles in the beneficiary's account. If timing is tight, our team is watching the chain directly, not waiting for you to chase an update that your bank cannot provide.
