Roles
Three roles on the platform today: Admin, Approver, and Viewer. Admin controls the account and manages users. Approver reviews and releases payments. Viewer has read-only access to balances, transactions, and reports.
Adding users
Your admin can add new users from inside the platform. Every new user completes KYC with our compliance team before their access goes live. Admins can also remove or reassign roles when team responsibilities change.
Approvals and audit
For single-user accounts, payments are instructed and released by the same person. For accounts with more than one user, dual approval is set up based on your company's own requirements. Every action on the platform is logged with user, timestamp, and IP. A full audit trail for your finance and compliance teams.
