Full Stack Developer

About the Role

You'll be one of the first engineers on the team. Not "one of fifty in a department" — one of the first people touching the codebase. Every feature you build will go live, real clients will use it, and real money will move because of it. There's no staging environment that never sees production here.

You'll work across the full stack — React/Next.js frontend, Supabase Edge Functions, PostgreSQL, Vercel. You'll own features end-to-end. If you're the kind of developer who wants to submit a PR and wait two weeks for three approvals, this won't suit you. If you want to ship fast and see impact immediately, it will.

What You'll Actually Do

• Build client-facing features: dashboards, transaction flows, reporting, real-time FX data.
• Write backend logic with Supabase Edge Functions and PostgreSQL.
• Build internal tools for the compliance and operations teams.
• Write tests and review code — because we're building a proper engineering culture, not cowboy coding.
• Deploy to production and own what you ship.

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years building with React and TypeScript. Not "familiar with" — actually building.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills. You can design a schema, write a complex query, and optimise it.
• You've worked with Next.js in production.
• You're self-directed. Give you a problem and you'll figure out the solution without being micromanaged.
• You care about code quality but you also care about shipping. You know when to be perfect and when to be pragmatic.

Bonus

• Fintech or payments experience.
• Supabase, Row Level Security, real-time subscriptions.
• You've worked in a small team before and know how to wear multiple hats.
